1. Shipping Methods

  • Furniture paint ranges and all other Frenchic products are dispatched from our store in Bude.

Furniture Delivery

 

  • Estimated Delivery within 1 - 3 business days for furniture delivery - (Please note that 2 man delivery service time may differ)

  • Confirmation email sent once order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking available.

  • Large furniture will be delivered by a 2 man delivery service and will be placed in a downstairs room of the delivery address. For more information please contact our customer service team.

Upcycled Furniture

 

Our upcycled second hand furniture is shipped directly from our store in Bude. Due to the fact that upcycled furniture is pre built, it will probably be too large for standard delivery and may require a specialist delivery service. 

 

Price on Request - Please contact our customer service team who will ask you a few questions regarding delivery. They will then be able to give you a quote price for the required delivery.

 

  • Delivery within 1 - 14 business days for upcycled furniture delivery.

  • Confirmation email set once order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking available.

 

Please Note - Products from our upcycled furniture collection are not included in the free delivery promotion advertised on our website.

Personalised 1894 Sign Co Items

 

Our personalised 1894 Sign Co products are all made to order and dispatched directly from the supplier.

 

  • Estimated delivery time - 10 business days.

  • Tracking not available.

 

Sign Delivery = £6.95

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Out of Stock Products

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, there may be instances where a product you ordered is temporarily out of stock. In such cases:

Consequently, the delivery timelines for these particular products may extend beyond the estimates provided on this platform. Should you choose to purchase multiple items, it is conceivable that you will receive them in separate deliveries, depending upon the dispatch origins of the items you have selected.
