Furniture Delivery


  • Estimated Delivery within 1 - 3 business days for furniture delivery - (Please note that 2 man delivery service time may differ)

  • Tracking available.

  • Large furniture will be delivered by a 2 man delivery service and will be placed in a downstairs room of the delivery address. For more information please contact our customer service team.

Upcycled Furniture


Our upcycled second hand furniture is shipped directly from our store in Bude. Due to the fact that upcycled furniture is pre built, it will probably be too large for standard delivery and may require a specialist delivery service. 


Price on Request - Please contact our customer service team who will ask you a few questions regarding delivery. They will then be able to give you a quote price for the required delivery.


  • Delivery within 1 - 14 business days for upcycled furniture delivery.

  • Confirmation email set once order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking available.


Please Note - Products from our upcycled furniture collection are not included in the free delivery promotion advertised on our website.

Personalised 1894 Sign Co Items


Our personalised 1894 Sign Co products are all made to order and dispatched directly from the supplier.


  • Estimated delivery time - 10 business days.

  • Tracking not available.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Out of Stock Products

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, there may be instances where a product you ordered is temporarily out of stock. In such cases:

  • We will notify you via email as soon as we become aware of the stock issue.

  • You will have the option to:

  1. ​Wait for the product to be back in stock.

  2. Choose an alternative product of equal value.

  3. Receive a refund for the out of stock product.

  4. Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Direct Supplier Shipment

A portion of our product offerings undergo direct shipment from our trusted suppliers. Consequently, the delivery timelines for these particular products may extend beyond the estimates provided on this platform. Should you choose to purchase multiple items, it is conceivable that you will receive them in separate deliveries, depending upon the dispatch origins of the items you have selected.

In the event that your order is subject to such split deliveries, our dedicated customer service team will promptly notify you via email. Your satisfaction remains paramount to us, and we are committed to ensuring you stay well-informed throughout your shopping experience.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered, shipping method chosen and the destination. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Regrettably, we do not offer international delivery services at this time. Our shipping services are limited to domestic addresses within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Island, Scottish Highlands & Off Shore. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to expand our delivery options to international customers in the future.
