Click & Collect – A Simple & Convenient Way to Shop!
Love shopping online but want to collect your order in person? Our Click & Collect service makes it easy to shop from the comfort of your home and pick up your order at a time that suits you!
How It Works
1. Shop Online - Browse our website and add your favourite items to your basket.
2. Check Click & Collect Availability - On the product page, you’ll see a Click & Collect section that tells you whether the item is available for same-day collection or if it requires a little extra time.
3. Place Your Order - At checkout, select Click & Collect as your delivery option. Pay for your order by debit/credit card, Paypal or with interest free installments with Clearpay or Klarna, and we’ll get everything ready for you.
4. Order Confirmation & Collection Time:

If your item is available for same-day collection, you’ll receive an email letting you know when it’s ready to pick up.

If your item isn’t available for same-day collection, we’ll send you an email with an estimated collection date. Some items take a little longer as they are not stored on-site.
5. Collect Your Order - Once you receive your ‘Ready for Collection’ email, visit us at:

Bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) and proof of ID (such as a bank card, driving license, or passport). If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need written authorization and the order confirmation.
Important Information
✅ Collection Window – Orders must be collected within 14 days of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. If you need extra time, just let us know!
✅ Uncollected Orders – If an order isn’t collected within the timeframe and no prior arrangement has been made, we may cancel your order and issue a refund (excluding non-refundable items). You may be charged a 10% handling and process fee for uncollected orders.
✅ Need to Cancel or Modify Your Order? – If you need to make changes to your order before collecting, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is ready for collection, changes may no longer be possible.
